the location was excellent , near many tourist attractions. the reception staff were friendly and very helpful. i appreciated the kettle and coffee machine in the room , it was very convenient.

the shower had a very slow drain , so water filled and spilled onto the floor tiles. there was no balcony as paid-for , i only had a very thin juliet balcony on my room.

the staff were so on it. my room was super clean and you get tons of space, the shower head was a delight! i walked to all the main spots and it's like 5 or 10 minutes. the location rocks!

the walls seemed a little thin so you can hear folks a bit. but it was never too bad.

my room included all essential amenities, it was well furnished. the decor was modern and created a nice atmosphere, the provided space was sufficient for a comfortable stay. i found everything was great!

The location was quite convenient, close to public transport.

The bed was unacceptably hard. It genuinely hurt my back. The check-in was not smooth. Accessing the room required a phone app. This app often took an unreasonable amount of time to unlock the door each time (certainly not what i expect).

The location was great. Everything i needed was nearby. the rooftop pool was a real treat after a long day. It was clean and refreshing. the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room during a heatwave.

Sometimes, i preferred taking the stairs.
